Richard William Craig

	Richard William Craig, 71, formerly of Pinckneyville, died Wednesday, January 29, 2003 at Coral Springs Medical Center in Coral Springs, Fla.
	Mr. Craig was born June 2, 1931 to Kenneth and Mildred (Peak) Craig in Pinckneyville.  He married Margaret Brown on June 7, 1952 and they celebrated 50 years of marriage in 2002.  She survives in Lady Lake, Fla.
	He was employed with Union Pacific Railroad (formerly Missouri Pacific) for 36 years in their corporate offices in St. Louis, Mo. and Omaha, Neb.  He served in the Army Reserves for eight years.
	He is survived by four children, Patricia Roseboom and husband Al, grandchildren, Ryan, Zachary and Joshua of Coral Springs, Fla.; Richard Jr. and his wife Lisa, grandchildren Andrea and Laura of Glen Carbon, Ill.; James and wife Karen, grandchild Sarah of New Town, Conn.; Jean Edwards and husband William, grandchildren Mandy, Chris and Rebecca of Highland and three brothers, Roger of Solon, Iowa, Don of Pinckneyville and Gary of St. Louis.
	He was preceded in death by his parents.
	He was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church in Leesburg, Fla.
	Memorial services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 7 at the First Baptist Church in Pinckneyville with Rev. Mark Lee officiating.
